SQL Server Reporting Service(SSRS) Report Viewer

SSRS Report Viewer is a module created to view server side SSRS reports. The module provides a simple interface for users to browse, search, execute, view as well as print and export SSRS reports.

To setup a report server, click on the File to access the back stage area. Find the Report Viewer tab. The Report Viewer tab allows users to add, remove and edit existing report servers.

The module has been tested with the following SQL server versions:
  • SQL Server 2008
  • SQL Server 2008 R2
  • SQL Server 2012
To create a new server, click on the "Add New" hyperlink. The dialog below will pop up. The name for the server should be unique. On the URL, you can start by entering the server name only. The module will try to figure out the rest for you. But you can always type in the URL directly. Depends on your network, you could be using either NTLM or Kerberos authentication method. Try both if you are not sure. You can also use the impersonate option to log on as someone else.

When you are done, click on Save and you should be able to access all of your SSRS reports from your Albatross Shell!
